Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We donot accept returns for International Orders.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the defect or damage.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges in case of any size issue within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.
Going forward, the return courier charge for any exchange will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Procedure:
Contact our customer service team to request an exchange due to a size issue within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.
Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.

Our all customers are valuable to us and we take utmost care and highest standard of ethics in delivering our services through our website. As a policy, we do not have a provision for refund. All the purchases will be on non-refundable basis. In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product, please notify us via email at Thelabelrangkari@gmail.com or call us on +919116927094, within 48 hours from the time of shipment received and return us the product (at our cost for the courier, subject to maximum of Rs.200) within 5 days.
Care:
- The product is in its original condition.
- It is not washed, worn or damaged.
- It is in saleable condition.
- It is with the price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
Please ensure that all the returned products are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We will replace the product (subject to availability). Exchange however, will not be made in the following conditions:
- In case of minor design and colour variations.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by the recipient.
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, nonrefundable & non exchangeable.
