Return & Replacement Policy

At The Label Rangkari, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we offer replacements in the following cases:

• Defective Product: If the item received is defective due to an error on our end, it can be replaced. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Size Issues: If the size received does not fit despite ordering the correct size, or if the customer mistakenly ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time replacement. In both cases, delivery charges for pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
• Wrong Size Delivered: If a customer receives a different size than what was ordered, we will promptly replace the item at no additional delivery cost to the customer.

All replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery through our official channels. To be eligible for the above mentioned reason, all items must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original packaging.
